Your first impression
You come across as warm, direct and quick to engage. People often see confidence first, even on days you're figuring things out as you go.
How you approach new situations
In new situations you tend to take the first step: introduce yourself, suggest the plan, get things moving.
How you come across in conversation
You usually prefer people to just say what they mean. Long explanations, passive hints, and unnecessary drama can lose your attention quickly. When you're comfortable, your communication can be energetic, funny, blunt, and refreshingly honest.
Your chart ruler: Mars
The planet that rules your Rising sign is called your chart ruler. For Aries Rising that's Mars. The sign and house it was in at your birth add a lot of detail to how your Aries Rising plays out, which is why two people with the same Rising sign can still feel very different.
What people misread about Aries Rising
People can mistake your directness for aggression. A lot of the time, you're not trying to dominate anyone — you simply don't see the point in pretending you feel something you don't.
